Volunteer to chair Hospitality
Each year one or two members volunteer to chair Hospitality. Members then coordinate snacks for each regular business meeting except for those meetings where potlucks are scheduled.
Potlucks Lunches
Hospitality volunteers may schedule potlucks at any time throughout the year. Regularly scheduled are our Anniversary Potluck held after our September business meeting noting the anniversary of the original founding of the KQG. Additionally, we have our Annual Christmas Potluck after our regular December business meeting and hospitality volunteers are responsible for coordinating and assigning the cooking of a ham, a turkey and a celebration cake.
